Introducing the DecisionLink Value Black Belt Program (VBB), an innovative measurement, tracking, and certificate award program to help ensure that all Value Professionals are properly motivated and prepared to fully and quickly leverage the ValueCloud® platform and its powerful collection of applications. In addition to providing all stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to unleash customer value across the full customer engagement cycle, VBB provides an adoption success tracking method and platform to ensure management visibility and business success.

Program Approach and Structure

As illustrated below, the VBB program features four levels of achievement for ten roles within sales, marketing, and customer success, as well as Business Value Consultants, Value Engineers, ValueCloud® administrators, and Customer Value Management (CVM) Program Managers.

Now, with the Value Black Belt Program, DecisionLink customers can earn certificates at the level of customer value management achievement that makes sense for them and their role in the organization. In particular, for each role, Checkpoint Criteria are specified that clarify Competencies to be demonstrated; Education to be completed; and an Activity Readiness Test to measure progress.
