DecisionLink was founded on the mission of leveraging technology to bring business value to every customer conversation. To that end, we created a customer automation platform, called ValueCloud®, that standardized how value is communicated everywhere in the customer lifecycle. Now, with the Value Black Belt Program, DecisionLink customers can earn certificates at the level of customer value management achievement that makes sense for them and their role in the organization. In particular, for each role, Checkpoint Criteria are specified that clarify Competencies to be demonstrated; Education to be completed; and an Activity Readiness Test to measure progress. The figure below highlights some of the important VBB ‘building block’ content that underpins this program for each level of achievement.
