Value Hero: Kristina Cutter - From Champion to Industry Thought Leader
Kristina is a name known across many areas of the DecisionLink business. She started off as a customer, where she was able to successfully scale value selling. After returning from SKO, she heard over and over the challenges her team faced with standing out from the competition and bringing business outcomes to the forefront of their sales cycles.
Eventually, Kristina joined the DecisionLink team as a Senior Director of Customer Engagement, bringing her firsthand knowledge as a customer to her new role.
Not only is she a go-to person for help internally, she is considered a top reference by our customers as well, as they trust her knowledge as a prior customer-turned-employee. Kristina is a leader at the company and has been able to help many organizations scale and launch Value Selling.
After taking on many roles across many parts of our organization, she is thought highly of and has become very knowledgeable about both the product, and has evolved into a true thought leader (and hero!) in the ‘value management’ space.
