Stephen Walters lives and breathes value. As the Field CTO at Gitlab and a DevOps Institute Ambassador, Stephen understands the importance of clearly articulating value in every conversation.

Stephen is an expert on value stream management, the flow of business value from end to end of a deal, but he is most influential through his exceptional teaching. He is always able to bring the heart of the matter back to WHY we buy, and WHY we take action to become successful as a team. 

Stephen truly understands the importance and beliefs behind business value, and works to implement and drive business value in IT services. To become so-well versed in value that Stephen is now known for his teaching of others means he is a true value hero!
